Pending Sales Passes 3000 Mark; Contingent Sales Passes 4000 Mark

Two milestones hit over the weekend. The number of sales in Pending contract went above the 3000 mark for the first time in, well, a long time. And Contingent sales went above 4000, probably for the first time ever in Las Vegas. That’s 7000 units in contract as of this morning. Not bad…
